Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on Poppabum?

We would like to make returns as easy for you as purchases. You can raise a return request of a garment within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all garments in you order.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (care@poppabum.com) within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the garment and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the garments within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund process only if the garments are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Receipt of a defective garment / wrong garment / wrong size in the order, what should I do?

Our partners ensure that our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave the warehouse. However, in the rare case that the garment is damaged during shipment or transit or you receive the wrong garment, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. Poppabum guarantees a full refund of any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong garment, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

  • Step 1: Take an image of the garment showing the defect / wrong size and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 2: Contact our Customer Support team via email (care@poppabum.com) within 7 days of receiving the order. Attach the images referred to in Step 1 above to your email.
  • Step 3: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order.
  • Step 4: We will pick up the garments within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund process only if the garments are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • ‼ Garment is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • ‼ Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • ‼ Packaging is tampered with.
  • ‼ Garment is used, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn
  • ‼ If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery
  • ‼ Free garment provided by us.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created for one garment and if you have ordered multiple garments, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any garment being returned needs to be returned in full including all accessories as well as any complimentary gifts or garments which came along with it.

Further, if the garment(s) returned are part of any group/promotional offer such as Pops Bundles, Buy 3 get 10% discount etc., all the garments related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer or the full garment price (without discounts) would be applied before processing refunds.

Kindly ensure that the shipping address and the return pickup address are the same.

What are the timelines to process the refunds / replacements?

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the garments have been received and verified at our warehouse. Replacements would follow the usual shipping timelines.

Cancellations

Is cancellation before shipment possible?

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@poppabum.com or call us on ‎+91 89280 00360 (Monday to Saturday, 11AM to 7PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case the garment has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual garment (complete shipment would get cancelled in this case).

As a part of cart offer or any discount offer if a user has purchased one garment along with another garment, during cancellation of the same, all the garments purchased through the same cart offer would get cancelled.

For garment(s) purchased through specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any of the garment gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be available for all the other garments tagged under same cart offer.

Refunds for the cancelled orders/ Length of the refund process:

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the garments have been received and verified at our warehouse.

If any or all the garments that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon, discount or offer are cancelled, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on that order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the garments back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In the event that we permit for cash on delivery transactions at a later stage, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the garments back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if I used discount vouchers or applied discounts during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
